Vitiligo
I rarely watch Insider News but last night I had to because there was Hanson. It was funny because the clip was really short like less than 10 seconds. The clip was about Zac Hanson and his wife Kate’s newly born baby.
Anyway, while I was watching the said show on 2nd Avenue, I saw this story about a black man who is a TV anchor named Lee Thomas who has an incurable skin disorder called, Vitiligo. I got interested because, you know, my dad has a Vitiligo too. It is not deadly but it has a big impact on the victim’s self confidence and many more. This black man who is eventually turning white hides his real appearance by using a combination of creams and make up. They have the same case with Michael Jackson. In fact, I hated those people who bash Michael Jackson about the color of his skin. These people just don’t know that he has a skin discoloration.
I just wish people won’t discriminate like they would toss these people out and give them moving boxes.

here is some info about vitiligo which would be helpfull for the cure of vitiligo by recognizing its posible types.
Vitiligo is a pigmentation disorder in the human skin. The human skin contains special skin cells (melanocytes) that produce the pigment melanin which colors the skin.
In Vitiligo, the special skin cells (melanocytes) as well as the tissues (mucous membranes) that line the inside of the mouth, nose, genital and rectal areas, and the retina of the eyes are destroyed. As a result, white patches of skin appear on different parts of the body. The hair may also turn white that grows in areas affected by vitiligo. Vitiligo can be categorized into following
1. Localized Vitiligo: Focal pattern vitiligo, Segmental pattern vitiligo
2.Generalized Vitiligo: Acrofacial vitiligo, Vulgaris Vitiligo, Universal vitiligo
