PMS

I have PMS again. I should eat more fruits and vegetables. Eating them prevents me for having menstrual symptoms. You may not aware of this but your digestive system plays a big role to avoid PMS. You see, digestive system is significant because excess hormones are naturally broken down by the liver and excreted.

If you don’t have a regular bowel movement or you are just simply constipated, a number of hormones may be absorbed again and that is unhealthy. Eating of fruit and vegetables a day guarantees a good intake of nutrients and fibre to keep away from bowel problems.

And oh, don’t forget to drink plenty of water like six to eight glasses a day.
