Hello travel insurance online.

Did you know that I own an online shop? It sometimes irritates me when someone sends me a message using the contact form and asking for questions where answers for these questions are seen on my FAQs page. Some people are just unfamiliar with online shopping and I hate it. I keep on replying with a sarcasm on my head. heheehehe. However, I do reply to them even if they contain dumb questions.
