Other bad effects of smoking is bad breath and tooth discoloration. We all know someone who smokes and we can instantly tell if they are so heavy smokers if their breath smells bad or if they have badly stained teeth.
Should you want to eventually quit smoking and to live a more healthy lifestyle, dentists would probably suggest that you should brush and floss your teeth more often than the usual. This will keep any further harm to the gums and teeth that might have already been caused by your smoking habit.
