I also got some of my clothes and some of my stuff toys and some of my CDs and singles, which I am actually playing one of them right now.

It’s been a year, I guess, the last time I wore a watch. Do you wear a watch? Or you just carry a mobile phone? I think I miss wearing one. I need to get some cash to buy. Hmmm. How about a Patek Philippe watches? YAY. I think I need something serious and not so girly girly kind of watch. I am also thinking of getting a new wallet soon.

But if you are this vain and you want a celebrity who has a very white and sparking teeth (and has jobs in business), the best way is to go to your dentist. They have this custom fit trays and gel. They are not pricey and those trays last longer than your life. heehee.

Also, avoid tea and coffee and smoking, and at least brush your teeth after a meal or at least twice a day, and please for the love of God, use a dental floss. It’s just so gross if you don’t floss. In addition to that, have a regular visit to your family dentist and have teeth cleaning every six months.

How’s your Saturday? Mom made a carrot juice again! I put milk this time and cubes of ice, of course. It tasted better than without the milk.

Yesterday, I went to the dentist. She adjusted my retainers. I told her that one of my front teeth seems funny some days ago, but I told her that it came back and it’s aligned again. I don’t know how to explain it but I hope you get the picture.

I am lazy because it’s raining here!

First, we went to Evelyn Guerrero‘s boutique, New Creation Fashion, to inquire about wedding gowns and the entourage. The estimation she made is Php40k, including the bride’s wedding gown, groom’s, secondary sponsors, maid of honor, flower girls, and mother of the bride and mother of the groom.

The wedding gown costs Php15K. I am nervous and excited. Gahh.

Second, went to visit my dentist for a scheduled check up of my retainers, she did a little tweaking and now it’s tight again.

Finally, we went to the grocery and buy toiletries and little food and some ink pens.

I love the weather because it’s been raining here but I have learned in the news that the typhoon is already gone. I am sure. Tomorrow will be hot again. Argh.

Since the teeth braces got off, I have been loving flossing before brushing my teeth. Before, I cannot floss the usual way because of the braces. The only thing I used was the interdentals but they are not enough.

Why is it important to floss? It is important because toothbrush doesn’t help a lot to get rid off the unwanted things in your mouth. Toothbrush cannot reach it.

You may buy dental floss everywhere, btw.

Last Monday, I had to go back to my dentist because of the retainers. I am okay with retainers. No pain at all. And I think I am getting used to it already. I was just a little bit scared taking it off the night I had the retainers and when the time I needed to brush my teeth but it is okay now. No sweat.

The only thing I really hate about going to the dentist is when I am having teeth cleaning. It is just always pain.

I haven’t told my honey about it. I want to surprise him. *giggles*

Do not ask me. I just went to our family dentist last month for my monthly adjustment of the brackets. But seriously, ignoring your teeth is a bad idea. This might sound weird to you but I think most of people don’t care at all about their teeth. Poor oral hygiene and no precautionary care may result in poor health all over the body as severe gum disease spreads to the blood.

Please parents, as early as possible, make your children visit their dentist regularly like teeth cleaning. It’s a great impact on them. I know a lot of adults today don’t care about their teeth because they just don’t know the word dentist when they were growing up. It just sucks that many people go to dentist because they need a tooth extraction.
