Eat well, exercise later

I have never tried diet pills or anything similar. I just don’t feel I need to take them. I am more into working out - physical workout, like what my motto says, no pain, no gain. And eat lots of vegetables and fruits. I even avoid eating red meat except for cow’s meat because I believe it’s the safest and cleanest meat next to white meat aka fish.

Cows eat grass unlike pigs, they are pigs.

Losing weight is a dedication and discipline. Modifying your eating habits and a good amount of daily exercise routine will help out to lose weight safely.
