I always believe that coconuts are the cleanest food in the world. lol. You see, coconuts are tagged as the fruit of life. You know, if you are stuck in an island and there is no food around, by eating the stuff inside of a coconut fruit, you will stay alive.

Every Sunday, after my family and I hear the mass, we always buy coconut fruits aka buko (in Filipino). These kind of fruit found only in a tropical country like the Philippines.
