Targetting belly fat

I have a normal, healthy, slender figure everywhere but my stomach, which sticks out and is sagging. I eat healthy foodd and I always manage to work out at least four times a week. What should I include in my work out to target belly fat?

I have been reading this slimming pills review in the Internet but I think Internet makes my belly go flab. Pffft.

My friend just told me that the abdomen is one of the toughest areas to target. Instead of just sit ups, she recommends me to try the extended ones and side to side crunches.
