A family friend gave us a lot of avocado fruits straight from their tree. These kind of fruits are only found in a tropical country like the Philippines.

Yummy. Very nutritious. My mom mixed it with an evaporated milk.

I forgot to take a picture of the real fruits. lol. But an Avocado’s skin is usually color green and inside is something like yellow-green and smooth in texture.

It also helps people who have constipation because Avocado has a dietary fiber
